Interview Process

You will chat with our Head of Recruitment. They will introduce you to the Neogen journey and let you know where we find ourselves now and our plans for the future. We will also ask some questions about you as an individual, not necessarily related to recruitment. We can train that but we can't train a strong mind. There is no need to plan for anything you shouldn’t already know.

If successful, you will meet with the Founder. This will be a further exploratory chat on your motivations and suitability.

We will then decide if this is a good move for you, with you. As much as this has to be the right move for us, we also value it being the right move for you. We want you to excel and will be honest if we can support you in that quest.
