I set up Neogen in January 2017 with an aim to disrupt the recruitment agency market and truly be differentiated as the best recruitment service provider in the industry. Having worked in the IT sector since 2010, I've built an incredible network of professionals and I'm grateful for the support and backing Neogen has been receiving since day 1. My focus now is to continue to build on our success; I want to attract, develop and nurture the best recruitment talent across the UK to serve our growing Candidate and Client base. We’re now into our 6th year of business and I’m excited about further expansion and growth in 2023 and beyond!

Experienced Recruitment Manager with circa 12 years experience recruiting across the full IT Spectrum with particular focus on Software Engineering. Having worked with Hakim in a previous life, when the opportunity arose to join him on this venture and help him grow Neogen, the decision was an easy one. 4 and a half years later, with a few more wrinkles and a few grey hairs starting to emerge, I am now Head of Recruitment with full responsibility for management of the team and all recruitment operations. We try to do things a little differently and our main priority is always to provide a top class service whilst building long term and sustainable relationships with our network. Being a remote first company, the flexibility has meant an awesome work life balance meaning more time for personal interests. Spending time with my kids, who certainly keep me on my toes, taking the pooch out for big walks and going to see the famous Edinburgh Hibees to name but a few.

Outside of work I enjoy the simple things in life so you will either find me walking the dog on the Beach, playing Hockey or watching as much Sport as possible!

And I’m not just about the numbers, I work with clients across all aspects of their business including Strategy, Legal, IT, HR and of course Growth.
